RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

COVID 19 – FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

As times are changing, the most important thing to our company is the health and safety of our staff and community. It is with upmost importance that we take the government’s guidelines seriously and we feel it is in the best interests for our staff to WFH. With this in mind, we are grateful for your patience during processing your returns and exchanges, with some possible delays.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved making it for you. However, we understand that sometimes it may not be your perfect fit.

1.   EXCHANGES

State of Escape will happily exchange your purchase for another colour or style under the following conditions:

• Please lodge with us within 7 days of receipt.

• The item has never been worn, wash or altered and returned in original condition.

• All original tags are attached, and original dust bag is intact.

• Any price variation on your new selection will be refunded, or if greater than the original purchase, it will require additional payment.

 

ARRANGING YOUR EXCHANGE 

  1. Contact our Customer Care team by emailing returns@stateofescape.com.au to receive your RA number

  2. Fill out the form received with your purchase and add the RA number our Customer Care team provides you via email.

  3. Post item to PO BOX 494, Seaforth 2092, NSW Australia through trackable post.

  4. Once the item/s have been received, our Customer Care team will confirm receipt of item via email.

  5. Please note State of Escape is not liable for postage lost and we do not cover shipping cost on returns.

 

2.   REFUNDS

As we produce to order and your purchase is handmade, we hope you appreciate that we are unable to refund your purchase. Instead we will happily exchange any goods that pass all returning conditions stated above.

3.  REPAIRS OF FAULTY GOODS

If you have a concern that your purchase is faulty or damaged in some way, please email care@stateofescape.com.au after immediate inspection of your purchase (on postage arrival).

As the product is made from fabric it may show signs of wear and tear over time. Neoprene, which our bags are made from is durable, but like all fabrics has delicate qualities and therefore not indestructible. 

 

PURCHASES FROM OUR STOCKISTS. 

  • We can only accept items purchased on our website stateofescape.com.

  • Any purchases of our products from one of our official stockists will need to be discussed directly with them and managed according to their terms of trade.
