QUALITY ASSURANCE
We guarantee that all our bags and accessories are made from premium materials and have undergone rigorous quality checks. We endeavour to deliver products that meet the highest standards of excellence, ensuring timeless quality and durability.
DEFECT-FREE PRODUCTS
We guarantee that our bags and accessories will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of purchase. In the rare event that you receive a defective item, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page. We will gladly replace it or provide a refund.
State of Escape reserves the right to consider faulty replacements on a case-by-case basis upon inspection.
WEAR AND TEAR
Our bags and accessories are designed to withstand regular use. However, normal wear and tear over time is inevitable. Please remember the bags are durable but not indestructible. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper care, or neglect. It also does not cover damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
WARRANTY
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty on all our products. We offer a range of complimentary bag repair services, and should you experience any issues with your bag due to manufacturing faults, please contact our Repairs Concierge at care@stateofescape.com.au to discuss a repair.
