Shipping
We offer same day dispatch for orders placed prior to 11am AEST. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched next business day (except for pre-orders).
Australia
State of Escape offers free express shipping on all orders within Australia. All orders are shipped via Startrack Couriers on a premium express next day delivery service to all capital cities.
Orders to metro areas and capital cities typically arrive within 1–2 business days, while deliveries to Western Australia, the Northern Territory, outer suburban and rural areas generally take 2–3 business days.
Orders placed before 11am AEST Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day, excluding public holidays.
Please contact care@stateofescape.com.au within 5 business days from when you receive your tracking if you have not received your parcel.
You will receive an email regarding your delivery with your tracking number upon dispatch. If you have queries regarding your delivery, please contact us with your tracking number. Additionally, you can track and trace your order here.
Unless otherwise selected, all deliveries with Startrack are required to be signed for at delivery or will be taken to the nearest Post Office with a notice left at your premises for collection.
Authority to leave WITHOUT signature via Startrack is available to select on their premium express shipping service.
Please kindly note, State of Escape cannot be held liable for stolen, lost or missing parcels when selecting “Free Express Shipping (Authority to leave WITHOUT signature)” on your order.
International
So that we can provide international customers with the most cost-effective and efficient management of shipping, duties and taxes, we have partnered with Global-e, a specialist cross border ecommerce company trusted by over 100 brands worldwide. Your purchase is subject to Global-e's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (which will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order).
When you purchase from State of Escape, please note that Global-e will appear as the merchant on record, on payment method statements.
All orders are shipped via DHL International, the global market leader in fast and safe worldwide delivery.
International customers can browse and shop on our website in their local currency by selecting their country from the dropdown menu in the main navigation.

Duties & Taxes
For orders shipping to Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea*, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan*, United Kingdom and United States (excluding local state taxes), all prices shown are inclusive of import duties and taxes. Shipping times: 2-7 business days.
For all other countries (Rest of World), duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
Please note that if DDU is selected, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.
Additional Requirements: South Korea and Taiwan
These destinations have additional customs clearance requirements:
*Taiwan: DHL may contact you for your local Taiwanese ID number (for citizens), resident certificate number or passport number. A local phone number is essential.
*South Korea: DHL will require your Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) or date of birth, as well as a local phone number.
If DHL cannot obtain this information or clear your shipment through customs, your parcel will be returned. Once received, you’ll be refunded for the item(s) minus any return shipping fees incurred.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive email, including your tracking number. You can also track your order here. If you have any queries regarding your shipment, please contact us with your tracking details.
All deliveries must be signed for on arrival, unless otherwise arranged directly with DHL. Kindly note that DHL does not deliver to PO Boxes.
